- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse app security mechanisms.
3. Private Folder responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your device, PIN, and biometric settings secure.
- If PIN or biometric is disabled or compromised on your device, private content protection may be reduced.
4. Ads and third-party services
VidMax may display ads and integrate third-party SDKs to provide app functionality and monetization.
5. Availability and updates
VidMax is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be added, or removed at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app use.
7. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue app distribution, features, or support if Terms are violated or if required by law or policy enforcement.
8. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws where the developer entity is established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
